Fiber line cancelled without knowledge

Hi I have not had any internet connection since yesterday when calling the call centre I was advised that my fiber line was cancelled and I have no knowledge of that.Everyone at the call centre seems to not understand what they are doing and keep transferring me to different departments.If Vuma made a mistake why can't some one pick the phone to escalate???The people there have no sense of urgency.I logged the query yesterday morning up until now it's not sorted do they not think that I also loose money in my business when I don't have internet???????I am so disappointed
