We completely understand how stressful it must have been to have your fibre showing active but still be unable to connect, especially after trying multiple times to get assistance and spending your own airtime in the process. Situations like this can be very disruptive, and it’s clear this caused a lot of frustration.
Upon checking your account, we found that the router was connecting with an incorrect password. This has now been corrected remotely, and we can see a successful connection. All that’s needed is for you to connect to the WiFi name of the router to access the internet. You can refer to the sticker underneath the router for the WiFi name (WLAN SSID) and WiFi password (WLAN Security).
If you require any further assistance or encounter any issues, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter with a brief description of the problem, and our team will be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team
