Fiber activation from 24 Hours to 6 Days!!

Openserve installed my fiber last week Tuesday and gave me a line number to give to mweb. I phoned them and gave them the code, the lady told me I will receive a user name and password in the next 24 hours.

I have not received anything yet. I phoned them a few times, holding up to 15minutes just to have them tell me that they cant do anything, I must just wait. 24 Hours is now 6days with no luck.

Can someone that has the authority to activate the account please assist and activate my account.
