**** feedback and rude staff

I ordered a new router and sim with them and paid as requested. They sent me an sms asking me for me Rica documents. I emailed them on the 28th Of February and still waiting for feedback. When you call no one answers or the phone cuts since then. So regret taking this out with them. But you cannot speak to anyone coz there is no answer at Mweb.
