FED UP!!! Terrible Service, No delivery as promised!!!!

Pathetic Service and no delivery as promised by MWEB and RAM Courier Service!!!

App**** for LTE Internet Service on 7 August, to date I have STILL not received my Router and SIM card and was promised delivery within 7days! There seems to be miscommunication between MWEB and their Courier Service RAM. Been receiving incorrect SMS communication informing me of delivery but nothing further is done to expedite delivery!

How do you send a Courier to an Address without Notifying or contacting your Client and then the Courier conveniently drives off because they werent able to access the Complex????? Why did nobody call me and why do I need to keep following up on YOUR work???? I even had the delivery Address rerouted to my work Address to make things easier but a week later I hear that the Address has never been updated and the Courier doesnt know where to deliver. I have made numerous calls to MWEB and RAM and was promised that the Courier would contact me, however it seems like nobody knows what they are doing !!! WHERE IS MY ORDER??? I WANT ANSWERS!
