Fed up

I app**** for the R399 fiber feal with Mweb on the 4th of May. They delivered my router last week Saterday. A lady also called me to ask if they can come and install on Monday. I arranged that my husband would be home. Monday Morning, someone from Openserve called to to verify my address and told me untill it it verified, they cannot come out to install. With that being said, the past 2 weeks I called mweb x3 to clarify my address. My neighbours have openserve fibre. It cannot be that ****ing difficult to just come and install it. If mweb does not come to install by Friday, you can come and take your router back, i will then go with another service provider that is willing to install fiber for me ASAP.
