F#cking rustrated Mweb Customer!

Not happy with MWEB. Mweb is useless and not helping at all. We moved. We requested the Wifi to be sorted out before we move. When we phoned Mweb they told us that they are waiting for Vumatel, however, this didn't happen. They cannot find our address on their side. It is just a mission. Mweb just want to take your money and not do anything. I am so frustrated with this. Now sitting without Wifi. This is not on. I hope Mweb will help us as we are paying and nothing happens.
