Fast to help new customers but not helpful to existing customers.

I'm not one to complain but once you start affecting my business it's time one complains. It's amazing how fast and help mweb is when you want to sign up but once you are an existing customer and need your line to be moved they aren't very helpful and efficient. Requested a moving request over a month ago and I'm still waiting for it to happen. I work from home ND have been buying data to keep my business going because I still do not have wifi at home. Mweb doesn't get back to a person. I've called several times and al I get is they still waiting for feed back. Call today again and been waiting on the line for 15mins and then get cut off. This is unacceptable.
