FAR BELOW ZERO SERVICE

I pay my account. Wait 5 days no reconnection. I get told that when I pay it takes 48 hours for reconnect meanwhile you aholes cancel my LTE. Not one person van email or phone me about anything and how to solve this problem. Are you so paraletic that you have no common sense.
