Fantastic service / feed back / help

MWeb - I have not met your employee Ayanda Ntaba, I have just dealt with him telephonically and through email. This man's customer service is out of this world. I contacted him in the view of obtaining Mweb wi-fi,I phoned and the emails went on for two/three weeks. Ayanda rep**** within hours even after hours! I have no idea what position this man holds. Mweb hold onto him - his customer service is amazing! I eventually cancelled on him which i am sorry about - this was due to circumstances. Thank you Ayanda for your wonderful, helpful and courteous service. I wish all companies in S.A had employee's such as you, instead of all the negativity going around due to poor service we would have happy very satisfied customers even when the customer cancels!
