Fantastic Facebook Support Team!

I am not able to find contact details for Mweb's management, so I am leaving this review here. I struggled with an issue for 9 days whereby one of Mweb's servers caused "500 Internal Server" errors. Sadly, I now completely lost all faith in Mweb's ticket support system.

Finally, I contacted Mweb's Facebook team, and explained my situation. They resolved this problem in less than an hour! I just want to compliment the person that answered my post, and escalated my issue, as well as the team that fixed it. Thank you very much guys, you really saved my bacon. Truly Top of Class service.
