Falsely advertised service from MWEB

After confirming that my address is covered for fibre installation, both on MWEBs webiste as well as over the phone with an MWEB consultant, the technican's that were dispatched to my address to install the internet say they cannot install the line as they do not cover my address! @MWEB stop falsely advertising a service that you evidently cannot provide! After calling MWEB to tell them that there technicans who they dispatched cannot install the line, they tell me that, "it happens and i must use VUMATEL" which was and additional R178 pm compared to the deal that MWEB falsely advertised. Definitely not a company you want to do business with.
