False Promises and Endless Delays – Extremely Disappointed

MWEB promised a quick and effortless account change process with a 48-hour turnaround. It’s now been 2 weeks, and my account is still not active. Every time I contact support, a different agent provides a new error, excuse, or “concern” blocking progress.

It’s clear there’s no internal coordination or accountability. What should have been a simple process has turned into a frustrating cycle of empty promises and delays.

They may have "solution" in their name, but problem creation is their actual game.

Unacceptable service. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
