False promises
<p>On the 29th of December 2016 i reported that my internet was not working , by that time it was on and of for the past week already. There is always problems with my line the previous report i told the technician exactly what the problem was, when it rain my connection gos on and of i cant play game cant download google takes for ever and sometimes doesnt open at all. And that is on a 4mb uncapped adsl line...... the telkom line to my house is not maintained and the box is open so the water poured in and disrupt the connection. Yesterday the technician was here and he couldn't fix the line because the main cable is in such bad condition that he cant fix it. Mweb told me that they would manage my line and it would be better for me.... well you **** last year i was without internet for more than a month but still had to pay full subscription. Now in the new year again no or very slow internet but still i must pay? Since i went over to mweb i never got 4mb now i dont even get 1 mb i have to do everything from my phone costing me a fortune, absolute false advertising im so disappointed </p>

The guy from mweb just phoned me and explained to me that although mweb "upgraded" my 2mb line to 4mb line my speed will still run at 2 mb because of my data..... that is now my uncapped package *** he cant even tell me what is different between the 2mb and so call 4mb upgrade. Even on my 2mb i never get more than 1.2 to 1.5 on a good day. Mweb you are taking your custumers for a fool thinking that we are idiots shame on you. You say on your add that if mweb manage your line you will save time and money that is ******* you are saving me nothing every time that i complain about the same problem my line is down for weeks i cant play games or download anything if my problem is not solved today i will go to social media and tell everyone what excellent service you are givving me
