False hours of service

I already have two products and felt I needed to add a third Fibre for my home. It took them 2 weeks before they can come and install my Fibre. They then chose to install on a Saturday at 08h30.. Fibre is not connected and all their lines including technical support says they operate from.Mon to friday and yet on the web page technical support is supposed to be available till 18h00.
