FALSE ADVERTISING MWEB
So on the wonderful face of advertising.. MWEB promises 1 month free service. Installation done on the 25th charged R99 for delivery of router on the 25th. Received invoice today R699 16.02 amount due. How is that for service.. I have requested cancellation will most probably be charged for that as well. WELL DONE MWEB

Please refer to * *** - Nil balance for - Billing period from 25-01-2021 to 24-02-2021 [month month free] As MWEB bills in advance, you had been invoice for the pro-rata from 25-02-2021 to 28-02-2021: R99.86. Please not that you have a 12 month contract. Your Fibre subscription is still contract, which expires end January 2022. Premature cancellation would be subject to a penalty fee having to be paid.
