False advertising By MWEB

Hi Guys Just want to report Mwebs false advertising!! So disappointing, I recently got the 2mbps package with MWEB on their page it was advertised R79p/m for the uncapped package as well as R165p/m for the line rental fair enough in total R244p/m but when I received my statement it had been stated that my package is now R259 so I queried and they said I will pay R165p/m for my line rental and I had also told them that the day to debit me was the last day of the month yet it's only middle of the month and they have debited me R261 some change Whereas it's supposed to be R244 they gave me an invoice with breakdowns that weren't even explained to me of basically how they got to R261.43 I don't care how they got there what I care is that this was not explained to me when I app**** for the package I was told that I will pay R244 and no other information was explained to me this is basically just poor advertising from MWEB and they are by far the best at offering cheaper internet than Telkom and that's why I went with them but with this kind of service? It's like **************** not on at all!!
