false advertising and very very very poor customer service.
As usual now a month waiting for feedback on their false advertising and products as per advert not provided.

19 Dec 2024, 12:26they do not even answer their phones. they now come with the excuse that the APP for them will be updated for communication..LOL.... I am phoning them due to the app as people cut me off on the app as they do not know how to answer me.
hoe ridiculous is this.
They charge me for something which is wrong and inflate my payment....they are actually *******.
