false advertising and theft

it is now a month from my previous reviews that I am struggling to get feed back on their theft and false advertising. you order this product and then they send you a different product and do not want to rectify it as they keep on avoiding me, their customer service, gauging consumer which ignore this as well, and Karen Betha from Mweb ignore my mails.
