False advertising and product supply

it is now 2 months that I am trying to get the issue of the wrong product provided to me sorted. they advertised a router but send me a complete different one. i have send them over 20 mails and not a single reply to resolve this. I told them I am taking legal action and they still do not respond. I am paying since November 2024 for this device and still no reception. they still do not care. stay away from these people - they are ****sters in the first degree.
