False Advertising and Pathetic Service

I saw an advert on Instagram about 50% off data packages for 6 months. Logged into my browser only to not able to click on the special. I then called the called centre and spoke to a lady by the Name of Yolanda. I mean 32 mins of my time, she says the 50% off special is only for the 14September 2022. Instagram not the website has any indication of the time of the special. To top it all off the call centre is just as useless. She didn’t know which package to offer and kept putting me on hold. Finally once I chose the package and went through all the steps and declaration, she tells me it’s not available in my Complex. I mean 32 mins of wasting my time and effort for me. You service is disgusting. What was I even thinking of choosing yours as a provider.
