False advertising and low connectivity

10mbps speed ok but connects WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTIVITY!!! I have had this product for 1 week and it is frustrating to say the least. I have to reboot multiple times. Not what I expected from such a reputable company and no one got back to my query. Also, the range is less than 10 meters despite the marketing saying otherwise.
