False advertising and incompetence

I have been a MWeb customer for almost 2 years now. I am currently on a 6Mbps uncapped package and have always enjoyed an average download speed of 6.34Mbps and upload speed of .87Mbps. On Saturday I noticed that my connection speed had dropped slightly and thought it was due to congestion or something. However, it became worse on Sunday and I contacted the call centre on Monday evening. I explained my problem but I was told that there was nothing wrong with the line or speed thereof. At this stage my speed had dropped to below 5Mbps, occasionally reaching 5.08Mbps. I later spoke to another consultant telling me that a speed of 5Mbps is acceptable for a 6Mbps uncapped package. This is BS. Why advertise and sell 6Mbps packages when they are running at 5Mbps or less? I gave up with these consultants who seemed incapable of getting my point and e-mailed them with my complaint. Needless to say, no answer from them. This evening I ran another couple of speed tests and found the speed had dropped even further to between 2Mbps and 4Mbps. Can someone at Mweb please sort this problem out and get me back to the speeds I used to run at and stop telling me there is nothing wrong!!!
