False advertising!!!!

MWEB you are a bunch of lying *******!!!! When I took out my contract I informed you that I may be moving into a different unit, I was told it would not be a problem and I will be charged a SMALL moving fee... SMALL!!! I now finally get to move into the downstairs unit in the SAME block of flats and you people want to cancel my contract charge me a whopping R2500 fee to cancel my contract and move my line down a few meters.... this is day light *******!!!! I do not want to cancel my contract nor do I have R2500 to fork out for a simple move. I just want to move it down. The fiber box is the same box for all units. If this was explained to me when I was taking out the contract and after I told mweb that I will be moving down I would of never signed with you and found a different service provider. Mbeb blatantly **** to me about this when I took out my contract with you and this is false advertising!!! I am now either forced to pay a rediculous amount or be held hostage in my old unit and loose my downstairs unit or have to pay for a service I cannot use.... this is rediculous!!! I expect the service I was promised by mweb when I took out the contract. I did not request to cancel my contract I put in a simple request to move my line a few meters down. This is a money making scheme and you are *****ing from your customers.
