My 24 month contract with mweb signed on 2 September2015 is now conveniently changed by mwb from an amount of R295.00pm to R346.00pm. I can't see anything in the terms & conditions that gave them permition to change my contract.

I signed this contract for an amount of R295.00pm for 5GB. If I was informed that my contract amount was going to change to R346.00pm I can sign up with someone like NEPIC and pay R399.00pm for uncapped date. I see this as false advertising because you offer a special but don't keep to the agreement yet you expect your customer to stay loyal to their contract.

When I called the call centre there was no attempt to resolve this, I was referred back to the contract. Make me think that I will never sign a contract with mweb again.
