False Advertising

Bad service. I want to change over to MWEB for fiber connectivity and when i called into the call centre today- i was told that the package of no longer available. This is the R399 package, I was told that they cant help me in my area- Alberton. yet MWEB is advertising this on the Facebook page. This is false advertising and i will lodge a complaint with the Advertising Association.
