False Advertising

Hi All<br> <br> I have been a customer of MWeb for over 6 months now. Their first fall back was putting us on the incorrect contract for TWO MONTHS, Payed over 600 a month for a non existent product? We where given 10 gigs for the first two months of internet speeds of up to 150Kbs - and then it dropped after the 10 gigs where up we had 10Kbs and progressively got slower. I am sorry but this is a breach of contract from the get go. Also no where in the contract does it state How much you will Throttle us by IE. I am sitting on 1MB for the first 5 minutes that is 16kbs a SECOND That is slower speeds than the god damned 1990's .I feel our house hold is entitled to a 500Kbs line at minimum. as the company in question have breach their contract from the get go. The Greatest part of it all was the fact that Agent in charge of the contract did not give us his name nor did they apologize for messing it up in the first place. I am Fed up with this service. 1) I would like 220 GB at 4mb speeds plus a standard of 500Kbs Minimum once we have reached our 4MB soft cap.
