False Advertising

I was looking at Fibre deals and saw a good deal from Mweb online advertised for R509 per month special until December 2024. I called did my application and the lady confirmed R509 per month until Dec 24. On my first billing I got charged R559.15. I called the billing department to query and was told there was a price increase. Not once was I made aware or agreed on the price increase. Why advertise one price and charge another why have a special in the first place. Mweb is false advertising. Please make sure when using mweb get them to put it in writing what the amount payable will be first before signing up with them. MWEB IS A TOTAL *******.
