False advertising

i have an account with MWEB the uncapped data. what upsets me is that MWEB misleads the public in saying, one has to pay R199 for uncapped data. and that gets people interested an hooked on that deal. <br> but what they dont tell us the public, is that there is a threshold/throlling on that line when you reach a certain amount. now i find that very misleading. they point out the negatives of not using the uncapped R199. but they dont point out their negative of throttling clients. <br> <br> i had to upgrade my line to a premium line because of this throttling issue. now what really ****ed me off. i asked them of the threshold on the WiFi hotspots (AlwaysOn). they didnt know. now im being throttled. im so ****ed. this internet is soooo slow. <br> <br> i dont know if i made the right choice of changing from Telkom to MWEB.<br> <br> Regards <br> V Macingwane
