False advertising
I cant understand why you advertise that uncapped would cost a certain amount, but you dont tell people that there is a threshold for usage for a 30 period, that also doesnt make sense. Why run everything over a 30 days. We pay month to month, so the usage should be taken per month. You guys *********** people that believe they have uncapped internet at a specific speed, but at the end they get throttled.<br> <br> I have been having constant issues with speeds on my line, everytime it stays a telkom problem. I pay you guys to manage everything, but everytime you shift the bucket and make me wait. This is pathetic coming from a company claiming to be a superior isp. I guess the bigger you get, the worst your service becomes.<br> You going downhill from here

Your concerns have been escalated and heard, however we would like to reiterate that we have explained the series of events to you.
As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant you made mention that you are aware of how the products works however feel it should be changed.
The business has designed the product/s and we do have alternative ADSL products on offer to be considered.
