Falls advertising on free trial versions.

Mweb has the worst customer service. I've recently feel like I've been ****ed into a 12 month contract on the basis of a free trial version of Nord VPN.Ive contacted them to explain I've never signed up for a contract but only tried the trial version they said I must pay a cancelation fee which inturn was fornthe full amount of the contract .which means I will pay for a service I did not want and that they won't provide.these people keep on getting away with these tipe of things. Please people be careful when signing up for free trials. This is the first time a free trial automatically turns into a full 12 month contract. Clearly they are ****ming people with this false adverti*****t.
