**** line speed increase

Have a 10 download and 2 upload line from Mweb since Oct last year. Not too long ago received an email saying they are discontinuing that line speed and are replacing with symmetrical 10 upload and download and the price will go up to R689pm. Did a line speed only to find out it’s still on 10 /2 yet I’ve been charged the increased price. Phoned tech support and they confirmed it had not changed. Well then why the were you charging me the increased price MWEB?

I encourage everyone in the same line speed to test and see.
