Failure to reinstate an e-mail address in over 4 weeks

I terminated my MWeb account on 24 July 2023. My e-mail address was summarily terminated by MWeb without prior warning on 1 September. A duplication of documents was submitted on 14 and 15 September. To date there has been no reinstatement or effective communication from MWeb on reinstatement of the e-mail address - a shocking indication of poor customer service.
