Failure to Install-Please collect your router

Please collect your router and I am canceling any contract with you whatsoever with immediate effect.You guys have failed to attend to installation and despite my numerous requests.I am only glad that this has happened now so I know what a nightmare doing business with you guys would have been.

Your customer service sucks!!!Clearly you do not care about your customers.Its like communicating with the dead.I think the dead is more responsive.
