Failure to install Fibre on time.

I am due to start a new job. I have been waiting for the installation to happen. All I have recieved was the wifi. No update regarding the installation. Everytime when I call them. They tell me that I need to wait for openserve to call me to arrange an appointment. This is fustrating as days are going by and chances this wont be done on time. It's sad that they refuse to even give me the the installations team number so that I can find out when I they comming.
