Failure to effect simswap
My laptop along with my 3g was ****** on 13 May. I went into the Mweb store at Cresta the same day to do a sim swap. The store failed to advise Head Office of this. It was only when I got back from playing Nationals in PE some 10 days later that I realized my 3g wasn't working. It was only then when I phoned in that the simswap was effected. The person who stole the 3g ran up an account of around R800 for which I have been billed! This was not my fault yet Mweb are refusing to refund me the ********** activity.My account number is ***
