Failure to Connect Mweb service to Vumatel Fibre

<p>Disappointing MWEB Service</p> <p>We installed Vumatel Fibre to our premises, whereafter I chose Mweb to be the ISP. The Promotions by both Vumatel and Mweb is that they will send a Technician to install and connect the MWEB ISP service via Vumatel Fibre</p> <p>MWEB were very eager in taking my money and contract, but instead of sending us a technician, they send by courier an INCORRECT router, which does not function with Vumatel host.</p> <p>More than a Month later and paying for the MWEB facility and various emails up and down as well as spending hours on the helpline and after MWEB acknowledged, an incorrect Router were sent to us, they Promised to send a correct router asap, with a technician.</p> <p>Still, in vain, we paying for Vumatel service, we paying for the Mweb service - but can not get the service to connect to our network. Yes, we can use one port, but you can not connect tot he Switch or distribute.</p> <p>It is nothing more than being disappointing, poor service</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
