Failer to cancel contract
A month ago I cancelled (by going into the internet) a month to month contract and expected a call from agent to contact me to finalise cancellation. Still until today it still shows status/account as active.<br> <br> I expected the service to be not active from 01/04/2015 as it was cancelled back then as it was showing Pending Cancellation 01-April-2015, but now when checking it shows Pending Cancellation 01-May-2015.<br> <br> Please this need to be sorted as soon as possible and you should call me for this, my details are below
