Failed Mweb LTE

Since August 2023 internet is dropping continuously with many promises to resolve and messages to say resolved but now in October 2023, I still do not have internet to run my business. Mweb migrated me from Telkom LTE to MTN LTE late 2022 after this service also failed? What can be done as I am paying for no service?
