Fail to provide feedback on my questions. Call system doesn't work.

Their calling system is broken. The call keeps dropping and no one phones back. When they redirect, the call ends. When I ask about service that should have been done today, they direct the call again or the call gets cut. They do not provide proper feedback. How many people do I need to speak to before getting assistance?
