Faceless Unco-operative and Useless and can I add illogical

I know why they don't respond to posts because they have no ability to solve problems. . i have now battled for more than two months to get access to my account on the web. somehow it is *******ed and does not accept my user name and password. I have tried the online service to request a new password which will send you a OTP to your number. If you try that it gives you an error message that it is unable to send a sms. The call center and the absolutely idiotic Facebook service cannot help me for security reasons as I do not receive the OTP. At the same time these brainless faceless people offer that they will send me a form to authorise them to send the sms to somebody else's cell number. So for security you can help me but I can authorise that you send it to somebody else. absolutely stupid.
