Faceless and Heartless Business. Stay away from MWEB.

Your Customer Service is pathetic to say the least. The fact that you have no other means of contacting a human in a business of technology other than by phone where you make a person hold on for 20 mins and then just drop the call is disturbing. I ha spent a large amount of cell airtime. The irony is that I wanted to get another product which will now be going to a competitor who has a face and a heart. i would like to warn anyone who is thinking about starting a relationship with MWEB to stay well away.
