Hi had great service after i made payment i was called in less than 3mins. Installation time and date was given. I left work early to be there, just to get home and the technician left and installed without the account holders authorization. he installed in the wrong location. I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!! i spoke to the sales lady who dealt with my account Zama and still waiting on her call back, i also spoke to many sales consults, Bondeka Wendy and Yaeesha. i was told by Yaeesha i am now going to wait untill next week with a reinstallation to fix their error. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Why must i wait so long to get it installed correctly. I need this sorted ASAP
