Extremly poor service from Mweb.

Mweb...they have confused employees... Fiber acc was opened on the 18/12/2023. Router was to be delivered on 27/12/2023 and connected by the 2/01/2024. We queried from the 2nd, to date no connection. We spoke to Sibongile (twice) who stated query logged with Vumatel to have the line connected. Vumatel did not receive order from Mweb. Today, 5th Jan, Rhenisha states that we have to wait another 48 hours.. Mweb, sorry to say...you have a bunch of useless people working for you. We had to query the non timepus delivery of the router, then after a few calls from the 2nd of Jan to discover that Vumatel did not receive the order to connect...now we wait again...if you are not able to connect by 1 pm tomorrow, please feel free to collect your router as you do not practice whatnyou preach.
