EXTREMELY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!

I am absolutely fuming with Mweb!!! i had my router and all that installed on Friday Morning. activation (As per the website) say it takes 48 hours from installation. On my account, it still says installation in progress. I have spent hours on HOLD with Mweb because NO ONE knows how to answer a phone!!! Just for them to change it and tell me that are waiting for OpenServe to let them know that they have installed it! Now it is going to take 14 days to activate!!! I have been put through to numerous people that just WON'T help me!! I Have logged tickets and no one phones me back! Your online query system DOESN'T WORK!!

I AM EXTREMELY IRRITATED AND I WANT SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME BACK IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!

And considering all your HelloPeter complaints I am surprised your company is still running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should NEVER have gone with Mweb! FIX THIS!!!
