Extremely unacceptable service with NO SUPPORT

I can not believe that Shaun Nourse will allow so many bad complaints and do absolutely nothing. Clearly the higher managment of MWEB are just there to run a business with no thought given to customers even though I have been with MWEB for over 20 years....it's absolutely disgusting.

No one is willing to help and the support personal are absolutely useless ,clueless and above all rude.

I know I am typing this and it will still not be resolved only option is to change service providers. Reading all the bad reviews with no responses show the integrity of MWEB is nothing short of PATHETIC......
