Extremely terrible service from Mweb & Vumatel

unable to contact Mweb because they only have bots working in their support department, making it impossible to get any feedback from them

The self help app is totally useless as u can also only speak to bots, totally unprofessional for a service provider which service is quite terrible

Everytime you call the system keeps you on hold for 30min ave for any issue related calls from Tech to the Billing department not one of them give you a proper service
