EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. WELL NO SERVICE AT ALL

damn, wish hello peter could add a -infinity rating for the service i have just received from MWEB...well not service at all. I have been back and forth with MWEB for the last 2 weeks now trying to move my MWEB package to a new address and downgrading it. NO LUCK, i mean how difficult is that. after at least an hour on the phone with managers, agents, etc today i get told that it has been cancelled, before that they had the address wrong. before that not even attending to the query.
