EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Waste of time and money!!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You call and no one is available to take your call, you wait 30mins with no help on the line! I ordered my router 2 weeks ago, Mweb debited the R249 but still have not come to my house to install. This is very disappointing and I work from home and have spent so much on data! I was told 7 to 10 days SLA, it is way past that now. It’s like no one cares
