Extremely poor Service provider with no customer service.

Continue to pay for 100mb up and down. Seldom get even 10 mb up or down. With interuptiond daily , even hourly in the evenings. Searched hhe app for some mechanism to complain but to no avail. Just not getting what I'm paying for. It's a disgrace.
